At PosturePro, we're committed to getting your posture corrector to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping. We love to hand out free shipping from time to time though. Maybe it's on right now!


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada (Domestic Shipping):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $9.99 CAD
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $19.99 CAD
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 CAD

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days - $14.99 CAD
  • Expedited Shipping: 4-6 business days - $29.99 CAD

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days - Starting at $24.99 CAD
  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment
  • Contact us if you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • All Canadian provinces and territories
  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Select international destinations

International Orders & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by your local customs office
  • Customs processing may add additional time to delivery

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days
  • Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage to us within 48 hours with photos
  • We'll work with the carrier to resolve issues and ensure you receive your PosturePro

Address Changes

  • Before Shipping: Contact us immediately to update your address
  • After Shipping: We cannot change the address once the package is in transit. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We'll contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
